New book – How to get back your MoJo: By understanding your inner Gremlin by Ann McCracken – out 24th January 2017

How to get back your MoJoAnn McCracken will be releasing her new book, How to get back your MoJo: By understanding your inner Gremlin, on Tuesday 24th January 2017.

MoJo is a quality that attracts people to you, making you feel successful and full of energy.

It’s a GREAT feeling!

Scientist Ann McCracken is an authority on the topics of stress, well-being and resilience, and believes she has found a way to get your MoJo back on Monday morning, or indeed any other day of the week.

In this inventive new book, How to get back your MoJo, she brings her scientific and medical research background to simplify recent leaps in knowledge of Neuroscience which have clarified the mind-body connection.

Ann suggests we all have an inner Gremlin which feeds on our emotions and this then directs our behaviour. The controversial aspect of the concept, is YOU can choose what emotions you give your Gremlin to eat, resulting in stress/ill health or feeling GREAT and recovering your MoJo/feel-good factor.

Positive emotions like delight, excitement and empathy create MoJo and good health, whereas unhelpful emotions like anger, despair and helplessness create passive and out of control feelings.

This book presents a unique way to consider taking control of your reactions and your health.

Ann’s book is being launch on 24th January at 6pm in the Institute of Directors at 119 Pall Mall, London. To attend the event, please register here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/authorcraft-january-24th-new-authors-welcome-tickets-30894620642 First time visitors are free.

How to get back your MoJo is 99 pages long and costs £9.99. It is available to buy from Amazon, all good book shops, and the Filament bookshop.
